All matters related to the quality, publication and indexing shall remain unchanged. International Association of Educators and Researchers (IAER), registered CIC (Community Interest Company) in England and Wales, is happy to arrange the International Conference on Developments in Management and HR (iCDMHR ’21) 2021, which will be held from 21-22 October, 2021, at London Metropolitan University, London, UK to be held online as a live interactive hybrid/virtual conference.

All accepted articles will be included in iCDMHR '21 proceedings published by IAER. Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into a wide range of Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.

The conference will draw together researchers and developers from academia and industry. Selected papers for consideration for further publication from the conference may be recommended to the affiliated journals, please refer to the Call for Paper for more information.

There will be a range of events from keynote addresses, technical and poster sessions, workshops and tutorials. The formal sessions will be supplemented by an excellent social programme.
